Refund Police
As a small business, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are having issues with received an incorrect or faulty item, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unused items that are still in their original condition and packaging. This means there must be no tears on the box sleeve, etc. Merchandise received past 14 days will not be accepted. Refund is not accepted if you change your mind and don't what to have the product you have just purchased.
We’ll gladly accept a return within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
- The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, it must be unused and unworn.
- Sale items (marked down items) and items sold on promotion (through the use of discount codes upon checkout) are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.

No direct exchange is offered. Once we've received your return, we will issue a voucher equivalent to the amount paid for the item(s).
- Only orders placed without the use of a discount code or without the purchase of a marked down item are eligible for a refund.
To submit a request for a return or exchange, please email ELIMINAIL.AU@GMAIL.COM and let us know why you would like to return your package. Please await for approval before sending your package back, as we do not accept incoming returns that have not been approved by the team.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
The shipping cost for a return is only covered if you received an incorrect or faulty item.
INTERNATIONALLY
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order, we do not cover international return shipping - unless you received an incorrect or faulty item.
